Our commitment to your project does not stop when we have completed manufacturing and inspection. We have resources that allow trial of your molds. This approach can be taken at the beginning of the project or the end.
We recognize that your production time is very important and that your business cannot afford to shut down production equipment.
Our business is quality-driven, from the first moment we begin a project to the final inspections process. Here's how we define that quality:
The totality of factors that make up an entity. The ongoing process of building and sustaining relationships by assessing, anticipating and fulfilling stated and implied needs.
Along with our commitment to quality, the inspection process is extremely important to our program. We have all the necessary procedures and tools to support this function.
The inspection process is a critical component of our program. We're committed to developing quality tooling that allows you repeatability.
Confidentiality is of the utmost importance to Mid-America Machining since we understand it is a necessity in the current packaging environment. Our facility is secured (locked, gated, and alarmed) and entrance areas are intended for authorized individuals. When the need exists, unauthorized individuals are escorted within the facility and partitions are used to protect sensitive or highly confidential materials.
Our existing alliances and strategic partners allow us to provide you with first-hand results. In the case of unit cavity molds, we utilize both reciprocating screw and continuous extrusion platforms.
In addition, we have test equipment on site that allow us to perform an assortment of finished container checks and confirm performance attributes that are important to the success of your package.
