  • Health Insurance: Covers employee and dependents beginning on the first day of employment. Blue Cross Blue Shield (Mid-America pays 100% of the premium)
  • Health Savings Account: Mid-America contributes 37.5% of our employee’s medical deductible to the HSA (pro-rated first year of employment). Employees may contribute pre-tax dollars to their HSA.

  • 401K: Safe Harbor contribution by Mid-America is 3% of employee’s gross wages. Employee 401K loans available.
