- Health Insurance: Mid-America Machining pays 100% of the Blue Cross premiums; employees don’t pay a dime for medical insurance premiums. Coverage starts the first day on the job for employee and dependents.
- Health Savings Account: Mid-America contributes $1500 per year to employees with family coverage and $750 per year for employees on a single coverage medical plan to their Health Savings Accounts (pro-rated). Employees Employees may contribute pre-tax dollars to their HSA.
